Dr. Zike’s
Farewell Letter

Dear Valued Patients,

I am writing to you with a mixture of emotions, as I share some bittersweet news. After much reflection, my family and I have decided to move to a new area, and as a result, I have made the decision to sell my practice. It is with a heavy heart that I am saying goodbye to all of you—our amazing patients who have made the past 6 years so fulfilling.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the trust you’ve placed in me over the years. It has been a true honor to care for your dental health and be a part of your lives. Watching you and your families grow, and building the relationships we’ve shared, has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to have been your dentist.

While we are sad to leave, I am pleased to let you know that I have found an excellent dentist to take over the practice. Dr. Kris Blodgett, DMD is a highly skilled and compassionate professional with a dedication to providing exceptional care. As an Oregon native, and with over 23 years of experience as a general dentist, Dr. Blodgett will have no problem continuing the high standard of care you’ve come to expect and will treat you with the same respect and attention you deserve. I have worked closely with Dr. Blodgett to ensure a smooth transition, and I know you will be in great hands. Please refer to our website to review Dr. Blodgett’s bio, or simply stop in and say hello.

As of March 1, Dr. Blodgett will be your primary dentist, and I trust that you will feel as comfortable with him as you have with me. If you have any questions or concerns about the transition, please don’t hesitate to contact the office. We want to make this process as seamless as possible for you.

Thank you again for the privilege of being your dentist. I will always remember my time with you fondly, and I wish you all the best in your future dental health and beyond.

Warmest regards,

Benjamin Zike, DDS
